Worst customer service ever. I almost had to call the cops on this guy. The guy was never able to open my door and still wanted to charge me $ 89 dollars. I ended up crawling in the window to get in. He started yelling because I didn’t not agree to pay $ 89, I had to tell him to get out my face when he started getting aggressive. At this point I was going to call the police. Let me remind you he DID NOT OPEN MY DOOR. I ended up paying $ 60 for him to just shut up and leave because I had to get to work. Avoid doing business with these guys. I notified security and they said they will be on a list of vendors not allowed to provide service to our building.

This company is amazing to be 24 hours this guy who helped us was so helpful, he was so friendly easy going just how you want the person to be when you had a long fustrating morning to locking your keys in the car. But it was easy to direct them to us and they had really quick service which was very helpful so we could get back to our adventure day :). Just want to thank the guy who helped us he really made our day better. But I would totally recommend them to other people and any one in need of service because getting denied by other companies sucks because why drive if you arent going to service to the customer but this locksmiths did and thank you for it.
