I was not impressed with this place at all! I will not be going back. Talk about a Daniel Downer … I went in to buy a few items soda, cheese sticks etc. gal in front said okay to heat up my coffee from earlier that day in their microwave about 1 minutes worth. This older overweight stone face guy came over and said you cannot use our microwave for your things, I didn’t want to tell him that the clerk said okay as I knew she would be in trouble so I said ok no problem. Then when I went to pay with my credit card $ 5 ish that same man, probably owner or manager said sorry you have to purchase $ 10 total to use a credit card, I did not see any signs posted anywhere about this policy. He was so unfriendly and unpleasant to his paying customers
You get more in life with honey than vinegar. it’s just the way he talked to me that was so unprofessional and negative. He is not a happy man as its written all over his face. very sad … Customer service is SO important these days as there are many other places I can go instead where managers actually smile . I would like to say the gal at the cashier was very nice and friendly and she knew this man was just awful to me … He charged me 50cents to use my cc for an under $ 10 purchase that seems illegal to me and probably is.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Honolulu, HI
This AA Mart is basically like one of those mini marts you find attached to any gasoline station on any given stretch of suburbia. AA Mart is no different, when almost anyone who drives needs gas and food at any point of their day or week. Located just off of Kapahulu Avenue in Kaimuki, it’s location is really out of the way, unless you have a reason to be there or just passing through and needing gas and food. Nearby is the Ala Wai Golf Course, the Waikiki-Kapahulu public library, and several popular eateries like Side Street Inn, Rainbows, and Leonard’s Bakery, to name a few. I located this place, since I was on my bi weekly nightly runs and needed some liquid hydration and was running on Alohea Avenue and spotted this sanctuary on my Unilocal app on iPhone. Needless to say, the Unilocal app has been a countless lifesaver whenever I am on the go, here in Honolulu, or whenever I am traveling. So yah, not much to say about a convienence store, other than I was glad that I found this place and it resembled pretty much like a smaller version of 7-Eleven, although I could have gone there, but I didn’t and chose to see what this place is about — especially when this place as an Unilocal business entry anyway. The employee who rang me up was cool and pleasant. I had a quick, but good experience here and probably would go back, if I was nearby in the future. Not much parking spaces at all, but you could always do your shopping quickly after pumping gas or park your car on one of the side streets, if you need more time. I’m assuming millions of people do that on a daily basis here in Hawaii and across the mainland USA. Heck, probably internationally too. lol. But anyway, this place exists because its a conveient way to get gasoline for your motor vehicle and fast food on the go. It’s kind of off the main thoroughfare of Kapahulu Avenue, but if you needed gasoline, this place would surely be the spot to hit up for sure. The selection is limited, but they carry the most important stuff most people do need, so that’s a plus. Prices are somewhat competitive, so use your best judgement in coming here, versus the others in the area. There’s always Safeway up the street, if you are on a budget. C+
