An assistant was very rude to me on the phone. She spoke to me in a sassy tone and would cut me off before I finished talking. She needs to learn some manners. Unbelievable.

The doctors here are actually quite nice. They are the reason I am giving this office two stars and not just one star. The assistants, however, have made my time with this office painful.
During my first visit not only did they insult my style while I was trying on glasses but they also insulted my face shape. Luckily I have decent self esteem but could you imagine insulting someone with low self esteem getting glasses for the first time? How unhelpful and possibly hurtful is that?
Then, when my brand new glasses broke a month later (parts fell right off at some point between my apartment and a lunch place) the assistants were unbelievably unhelpful in obtaining new glasses. They did not call when they were delayed, they didn’t call when they were delayed again, were not near pleasant when I called to ask about my late frames, and didn’t provide any instructions on getting my new frames either time I called to check on their status.
Then when the frames were finally delivered my lenses didn’t fit into the new frames so they had to order them again. However, I don’t think they can provide my frames before I leave. Two months later I am glasses-​less. Since I am leaving the country for a year I now have to start all over with a different company in order to insure I have frames to leave the country with. Hopefully it doesn’t cause insurance issues and I can actually accomplish this now.
Overall, the doctors here are OK but I was incredibly disappointed with the overal service, attitude of the workers, and how I was treated as a customer in general. (Note: I have worked in retail for years. I know how customers should be treated.) I will not be returning here and cannot recommend this office to anyone.
