GENIUS! That’s the only word I can think of to describe the person who came up with the idea of using phở broth, ton yum soup, thai coconut curry, and other AWESOME tasting soups as the broth for hot pot! Aline T is my current #WCW& favorite person because she introduced me to TOMYUM soup! It’s soooo good and I now crave it on a weekly basis!

It was totally awesome! And I’m so happy to have survived the hurricanes! I had never been to Sterling Hot Pot before and I liked it! Delicious broths made the meal. I was lucky to sit on a table with 4 different broths to cook my food in. For this UYE I chose squash, beef, tofu, glass noodle, and asparagus for my food, and spicy ponzu and sriracha for my sauces. I had a little rice on the side as well. What I really liked was how we had the restaurant to ourselves. No one but us Unilocalers and the employees were here so it made it feel like a private event. It was awesome seeing everyone and enjoying a meal you folks!
