Aloha Drains and Maintenance

The good: Jeff is great about returning calls even on a Sunday and arriving on time for the appointment, but he is not a plumber. My error for not checking with the BBB or asking if he had a license. I told him I needed a kitchen drain unclogged.
The bad: He didnt bring the proper tools, a bucket, or any rags for clean up. During the 4 hours working on the stuck drain, he went home twice to get tools. He finally gave up without unclogging the drain, leaving me to clean up his mess and having to call a licensed plumber who came with the proper tools and fixed the drain in 20 minutes!
The lesson: If you need a plumber, call a licensed plumber, they know what they’re doing and it will be cheaper in the long run. Jeff came on time, with his water ram which he used it spray crap all over and didn’t clear the clog, so he snaked the line for about 2.5 hours and gave up in frustration.
I hope he’s a better handyman. I had high hopes as he rated many 5 stars. I hope he’ll carry all the basic tools the next time he has to do a job, as both of our times were wasted running home.

Responds fast to calls and even accommodated me on a Sunday when I live almost on the other side of the island! Professional and knows what to do. Do not hesitate to give him a call!
