Harold, the owner of the company is very professional, knowledgable, punctual and efficient. He wasted no time and delivered the scooter to my Mom after the decision was made on which model was more suitable.
He took the time to demonstrate the assembly, explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything including the registration and warranty.
We couldn’t have asked for better service. And Harold s scooter costed less than the previous one we bought online!!!
My mom is very happy with the scooter… she gained her freedom back and has been out doing things outside of the house everyday since! Her happiness is invaluable to me.
Keep up the good work Harold!!! :-)

My Dad says that as long as he lives he wants to go to Hawaii every year! This year he’s 97! He will need a scooter as he tires a bit more with all the walking nowadays. Found out that scooters are expensive. What an awesome find this Aloha Mobility Scooter is. Harold was so helpful and personable with all the questions I had. I’m relieved and look forward to getting a scooter for Dad at a super reasonable rate!
With such wonderful customer service during the planning stages of our trip I wanted to post this review about Harold. He’s awesome!

Harold, the owner is one of the good guys. Personable and great customer service. Best rental price in Oahu. The scooter was very clean and looked new. We also had Harold’s assurance that he would be available if we had any problem with the scooter. Will definitely rent again on my next trip.
