I remember making my way up to this location for my first time about a year ago to pay my bill. Their office is located on the 17th floor. The waiting room is such a nice and cozy little area, it’s decorated with a few old fashioned style gas pumps. I got helped pretty quickly, i forgot her name but she was nice, professional and really helpful in assisting me with all my questions.
Tip: If you work or live in the downtown area, save a stamp and drop off your payments here. You’ll like how they decorated their waiting area
