It was a wonderful experience working with Jerry and Michi whose professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy are without peer. I was selling a number of properties, and each one seemed to have some distinct problem – unknown easements, underground tunnels, EPA problems, boundary infringements, and more. The Fredericks gave each of these a thorough study, coordinated with the other parties, and always kept me up to date. They provided good solutions that we were able to implement to everyone’s satisfaction. There were many times that they made what might have been a stressful situation into a smooth transaction. I cannot stress enough their abilities, competency, and kindness. They are the tops!

DO NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUR PLACE AFTER YOU MOVE IN is my #1 advice for their future victims!!!
They stormed my place stole and then broke personal items went thru all drawers in bathrooms and kitchen and GF panty drawer to boot! ruined a $ 2500 ice machine etc
Stole 80−90% of deposit for NO reason as a bonus … total crooks run far and fast!
The owner acts like he being professional while he crews you over = his name Jerry and he and his crew will make it worst ever rental experience one can have!
