Dr. Coleman is the man! I used to be skeptical about chiropractors with all the x rays and stuff like that, but guess what? He doesn’t have x-​Ray machines in his office!
Also he’s not all about making money off patients. He even teaches me exercises and stretches to keep me from seeing him more than I need to.

This place is great, lots of parking and in my neighborhood. I injured my neck and back from jiu-​jitsu and weight lifting. I was having pains and lost alot of strength in my right arm and tricep. It was depressing, any way after 2 sessions body is feeling better. Not a 100 percent yet but better. My first chiropractor about 6 years ago i went to swindle me into prepayments for 24 session for about 1,500.00 bucks wth. It was the same type of injury. But it took about 10 sessions to get where i was at after 2 with dr. Coleman. Ill be back in shape sooner this time.
And he accepted my hmsa medical, so i only pay copay. Thats solid.

Great location with lots of parking. Able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Coleman was very knowledge and helpful. Looking forward to going regularly and bringing along my family members.

One of the best chiropractors that I know on the island. He’s the only Doctor that I trust treat myself and my friends and family. Plenty of parking, great staff, gentile but efficient adjustments. His muscle work is phenomenal.

We have been coming for a while and it has really helped! I have noticed that my back hasn’t been as sore or stiff ever since my wife and I started coming to see dr. Coleman. I would highly recommended him to people that have back pain and want relief from it.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Coleman for a few months now and we feel so much better. I have had back problems in the past and every so often I have a reoccurrence. Dr. Coleman straightened me out and the pain was gone! He is really nice and talks to you about your pain. The visits are pretty fast. at the most 15 minutes. I am so glad that I finally decided to see a chiropractor and found a great one!

I finally threw out my back for the first time and although I stubbornly (stupidly) tried to ignore it, in just a couple days the pain was becoming more and more of a problem. After a high recommendation for Dr. Coleman in particular, I was able to squeeze in a same day appointment. Best decision ever!
I loved how knowledgeable Dr. Colman was and how quickly he was able to locate the problem without having to use any tools or x-​rays! Within 15 minutes I felt good as new and on my way! I’ll be back in a heartbeat if I ever have any future back problems.

I’ve had sciatic pain for a little over two months. I tried professional massages (3x) and another chiropractor (3 sessions). I was getting worse! By the time I saw Dr. Coleman, the pain was shooting down my left leg, going up my back, I had a hard time sleeping, walking, getting up from sitting, driving, I started to get numb and was in so much pain I was desperate! Literally the pain in my a$$! Before my 3^rd appointment, I could feel the difference already! It’s almost all gone! After my 3^rd appointment, he showed me some exercises to do so I don’t have to come to his office as often and just maybe monthly maintenance. He doesn’t try to drag it out and say that you have to keep coming back. I trust him. Hopefully I don’t get the sciatic back EVER, but I know where to go if I have to.

Anapuni is absolutely amazing. I moved to Hawaii from San Francisco two years ago, and had put off getting a new chiropractor for as long as possible. I’m very happy that I finally found Anapuni, because he has saved my back!

But anyways, he is personal and friendly. Dr. Coleman tries his better to accommodate all his client’s schedule. A great personality that not only tends to your joints needs; he takes the time to make you feel comfortable and explains the process.

Dr. Coleman is awesome. Went to another chiropractor years ago, don’t plan on switching. He’s very cool, nice and friendly. Office is in a convenient location.

Went to see Dr. Coleman due to lower back pain that’s been bothering me for the past 4 months; I choose him based on reviews, hours says M-​W & Sat, I left a message on Thursday and he called me Friday and took me in today. The treatment was really fast so I was skeptical, I honestly look for the pain and couldn’t find it. Note that I have been to various treatments within the past 3 months and I normally still feel pain as I leave; other places normally recommend scheduled treatments. Dr Coleman didn’t push for follow ups but said to let my body tell me when I need it (I voluntary asked for a week follow up), he is the real deal and I couldn’t thank him enough… thanks again Dr. Coleman!

I went to Dr. Anapuni because of an injury that I received while competing at The American Nationals of Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu. The injury was so bad I could not even sleep longer than one hour intervals. I had was going to go to the doctor to see if I had a serious neck injury, but instead decided as a last resort I would come see Dr. Anapuni. I’ve gone to him in the past and he had been amazing previously.
When I went to him not only after 3 sessions did I feel 100% but he gave me a few exercises that I did religiously every day free of charge. His knowledge of my injury was right on. I went to him broken and I sincerely believe he put me back together.
On another note my Fiancée who had never been adjusted before got adjusted at a discount price and said she felt great results and we will together always come back here if injured.

My bed jacked up my back. Not the bodysurfing, not the martial arts training or Military activites, my bed! Lower back was hurting and I wanted a quick fix and realigning. Dr. Coleman provided exactly what I was looking for and didn’t pressure me into anything other than that. My back hurt when I went in, I was getting headachs and everything because of it. After my appointment, no lower back pain, no headachs. If your hurting, give him a try. I am confident you will end up with positive results.

Dr. Coleman is awesome. I haven’t seen a chiropractor since my soccer days in high school and college, but my other half kept grumbling about his body aching so I decided to research a Honolulu chiro. We chose Dr. Coleman based on two things: 1) his Unilocal reviews, 2) He was one of the chiropractors that our insurance covered, so our co-​pay is not very expensive.
Going to him has been the best decision I made. My other half has not complained about his back and neck aching since we started our visits with Dr. Coleman. Each month, the two of us go in together to get adjusted. Dr. Coleman is easy to communicate with, very straight-​forward and gives us helpful tips for stretching, sleeping, posture, etc.
I work from home and I’ll admit my posture is pretty bad most days. I’m always on the computer doing work so I’m used to back, neck and hip problems. Since going to Dr. C, I’ve seen a lot of relief in those areas and find it easier to get out of bed in the morning and things aren’t cracking and all out of place. I definitely look forward to my monthly adjustment, and find that my body is getting better and better each visit.

I’ve seen Dr. Coleman for 5 sessions now and I’m definitely feeling the benefits. I travel every month for work which means my sleeping accommodations are usually subpar and 5 hours flying coach doesn’t help either. I’m a big guy, ex linebacker player and I’ve been through a fair share of injuries. Dr. Coleman is very knowledgeable and he seems to have a sports background. I’ve seen chiropractors before and few of them were actually physically able to properly adjust me because of my size. Dr. Coleman has got the size and strength to get my stuff cracked!
I started seeing Dr. C because my insurance covered a certain amount of chiropractic visits. But his out of pocket costs are very reasonable. I would spend more on an hour massage but honestly his sessions are more beneficial. I usually experience tightness and spasms in my lumbar area and since I’ve been coming here my pain hasn’t returned.
Dr. C is very easy to deal with and communication is top notch. I prefer to text and he’s always on top of it. His office is clean and quiet, but best of all there’s free and easy parking (rare thing in town).

This review is long overdue. First of all, I have always put off seeing someone for my back. It was never really a «priority» for me. But this past school year, my back was seriously killing me. I spend a lot of time hunched over a desk studying and sitting in chairs which is terrible I know :/​Thus, I vowed to see a chiropractor when I returned home. What harm could it do right? If it helps great. If not then oh well.
I am so glad that I took initiative to see Dr. Coleman. Not only does my back feel 10x better but also he gives great tips for management of proper spinal alignment, etc. He really listens to you as a patient and your problems. Since I can’t really see him regularly, he gave me some tips such as getting a backknobber and taking up yoga/​pilates.
I think the biggest aspect about his approach is that (as others have mentioned) he gets the knots out of your back, and where there are any areas of pain, he will apply pressure to relieve it. Best feeling in the world walking out of his office with all those knots gone.
Another thing I like is that, he doesn’t use x-​ray machines to assess your alignment. He does everything using his judgement and feeling your back to determine what areas of your back are out of place. Old School sometimes is the best school. I’m all about being as minimalist as possible (aka I’m that annoying person that asks for the pat-​down in the TSA line at the airport). Who wants unneeded exposure to radiation that can kill healthy body cells? Not me!
I’ve seen him around 5 times now and my back feels better than ever due to Dr. Coleman. I wish there was someone on the mainland that I could trust as much as I trust Dr. Coleman. His prices are so so so reasonable and he doesn’t pressure you to make appointments at all. Appointments are usually very quick and you leave feeling amaze-​balls.
I would highly recommend at least giving it a try if you are skeptical. :)
