Aoao 1011 Prospect

Good location in town but away from the heavy traffic. I can jog over to Roosevelt high school and run laps on their track in the evenings or walk my dog (pet friendly building) in the surrounding areas feeling pretty safe and away from any major traffic areas. W/​D in the units, great cross ventilation, good resident manager. Takes me 10 minutes to get to work in downtown. I have also caught the bus and there’s several bus routes through the area. Building is no frills – no pool or any amenities. But there is ample guest parking and a designated car wash area. Only thing I really didn’t like is that the bedroom windows open up to the walkway that accesses the units on your floor. If you have a choice, better to get a unit further towards the end to decrease the number of people walking by your window (high windows so they can’t see in but you can still hear them and vice versa). Louvered windows so they do not shut tightly. Wish the building would upgrade those windows to something more modern and more efficient.
