Baby’s Away

Baby’s Away was amazing to work with. Ann went above and beyond for my family while we were on vacation, which was SUCH a relief since traveling with little ones can be stressful. I had previously called a different company prior to finding BA and the other company never returned my calls all the way up to the day before our trip. This was my first vacation with kids, so there was a lot to coordinate, but when I contacted Ann at Babys Away, she promptly returned my call and had everything delivered perfectly on time the next day as scheduled. I wish I’d found her sooner! She texted me a couple times during the trip to ensure that everything was great and it certainly was. I highly recommend this company! Thanks Ann! You’re the best!

Baby’s Away was by far the most responsive, accommodating baby equipment company we contacted while on Hawaii. Ann went out of her way to help us with a same day delivery & could not have been any nicer. She even texted us to update us about the tsunami warning & reassure us that we would be fine. We will definitely use Baby’s Away again when we return to Hawaii. Ann made everything easy and our baby was so happy & entertained with the equipment we rented. Thank you Ann!!!

Baby’s Away were awesome to work with. They always responded right away, the items we rented were just what we needed and were there already set up when we arrived. As we rented a condo, we were able to just leave the items there and they picked them up when we left. It was very easy and we will be calling them again next year when we go back to Hawaii.
