The address is on Bishop but the Parking entrance is on Alakea. Kind of weird design to get in and out… I don’t feel comfortable there. A lot of space on Sunday evening!
If you dine at Mandalay across the street on Sunday, they will validate you and will be free!
All the gates will be closed on Sunday. You need to hit Basement in elevator to get out. Another weird design here.
I rate this place 3.5 stars.

I was in school from 9:30−3pm and I was late. Thinking I would be able to get my ticket validated at American Savings Bank since I had to go deposit there anyways, I went ahead and parked there. The bank only gave me half an hour. I ended up paying $ 44 for my parking! ($ 4/​30min) Lesson learned. Boo :/

Parking for the general public is sometimes available for the early bird special price of $ 10 if you arrive between 6am and 7am from Monday to Friday. Although you do have to drive all the way to the top floor, 10th floor.
Weekdays after 5PM, Weekends and Holidays are $ 4 flat rate all day.
Monthly parking rates here are too high for me to ever ask! If you park here and are not able to attain a parking validation, you will pay a hefty fee! This is one of the most expensive parking garages you will find in Downtown, Honolulu.
