Nice service customers who hand out the phones. Horrible company service. I m 86 years old and cannot text. Blue Jay Wireless texted me a message that my phone must be re-activated. They didn’t call me or send me a note. Instead, they shut off the phone. I fell and lay on a broken arm for three hours waiting for someone to come home. Is this the way seniors are taken care of? I have tried to reactivate the phone. Blue Jay Wireless took my new application by phone, then told me to scan over proof of my identity. I got up and drove ten miles away to a business center, scanned over my documents, got a confirmation call by Blue Jay Wireless that my documents were received. When I called back in however, no one could find the documents, not even the person who I reapplied with. I tried to call the main office in Texas. I can’t leave them a message because their voice mail is full. It’s been a month now, and I have not got a life assistance cell phone. This feeble company doesn’t seem to care. I guess you get what you pay for. Here I sit, with no way to call anyone if I take a walk and fall again.

Bluejay Wireless disconnected my service twice without notification or reason. It was easier to wait a week to get another sim card and phone number by mail than to wait for them to fulfill their promise to reactivate the original number. Voicemail does not work at all if your phone is powered off or you are out of the service area even after repeated trouble reports on this issue. Callers will get a fast busy signal instead of your voicemail. There are several new wireless providers now in the Hawaii(big island) market, one of which has a plan with more minutes and UNLIMITED text messaging. Choose wisely.

I called the phone number and spoke with the rep. I thought it was a simple question — where is the local representative so that my client can go and meet with them. After being place on hold twice, she said she had the location in oklahoma. Not much help. Yes, I know that it can be done on line and by mail, but what is the reason that the current location is such a secret. Not impressed BlueJay, you blew it this time.

Jason from School Street was awesome! He was professional and friendly. He gathered my information and processed it quickly. I did not feel like I was receiving a handout from a public worker, but I feel I gained a friend. He was very charismatic and informative. Great Job Jason!
