Bright Cleaning Service

Bad news up front… Claudia is rarely on time. When she says 2pm she may arrive 2 – 3 hours after that. She texts so you can get a read on what to expect that day.
Good news is she will work on military installations, her team is very very good and they are fast. Since living in Hawaii we have tried four different cleaning services. Her service is the only one that does not degrade over time.
Prices are fair for the island.
She is not afraid of a challenge — I know she cleaned for a friend that was basically a hoarder. She just moved and re-​piled as she cleaned.

I BEG YOU ALL TO LISTEN TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is by far the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.
The person in charge of this business, Claudia, is rude and unorganized. She is a SCAM trying to take your money!
First of all, we agreed to meet at 3:30 for her to clean my apartment she did NOT show up until 6:00. SHE WAS NOT SORRY AT ALL!!! She even told me that she was doing ME a favor for fitting her into her schedule. Who says that to a customer??? I was furious by the time she arrived. She said it was NOT her fault for being late because she was cleaning another person’s house. OF COURSE IT’S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT SCHEDULING PROPERLY! ITS YOUR OWN BUSINESS BE ORGANIZED AND SCHEDULE RIGHT! I was so mad I cancelled the cleaning, when I looked at her supplies in her van it was ordinary products you would buy at longs or walmart. She also did not even have a carpet cleaner! Just a small, dingy vacuum cleaner. I could use those products and clean my apartment myself!
