Carpet Doctor

Ed started off as a great person, eager to work around my schedule. It was only until after he cleaned the carpet that I saw this wasn’t true. He left huge stains on the carpet and when I called to either get a refund or to have him come back and fix it, he ignored all calls. My carpet was ruined with stains and an awful odor that won’t go away. Do not trust Ed and definitely don’t hire the Carpet Doctor. Ever.

Our neighbor recommended the carpet doctor saying how good of a job he had done cleaning his carpet so We trusted his service and decided to go through the carpet doctor a.k.a Ed. We had our carpet cleaned and came back 30mons after he had finished the carpet looked good there were NO stains what so ever, how ever the next day we come to check on the carpet there were reddish brown stains in the living room and the bedroom. Even before the carpet was cleaned there no reddish stains.
BOTTOM LINE THE CARPET DOCTOR/​EDD will ruin your carpet! Save your self and do not trust his service!
We have been calling him to fix what he has done and now he is screen our calls, such a coward!!! When we did get a hold of him he hung up on us! Very rude and unprofessional!
Karma will bite him right back, for providing such a bogus service and not being a man of his words.
