There are a bunch of doctors, businesses, etc in this building so I am only doing a review on the building itself in general. Parking here is horrible. Stalls are way too small. Not to mention there are dead ends that make it almost impossible to reverse out or turn around in. Seriously bad planning on the engineer’s part. Not to mention it’s a rip off with or without validation for parking. With validation I still have to pay $ 2 per ½ hour. Aside from parking, the over all building is a little dated. Elevators are ridiculously slow even though there are 4 of them. When you get off on each level, the lights in the hallways are super dark so I feel bad for anyone who has difficulty seeing. I think it’s time for them to renovate and start using some energy efficient LEDs or something.
