Since I also work in service industry, reading the reviews also help us improve our service better. This is my first review after reading the posting about this company. I do not think I can find anybody doing business so diligent and consistent than Brent. Yes, we can perform at our best for a short period time not after one and half year, still receiving same consistent service. Brent will take care the problems for you as soon as you call. Whenever I moved to the new place, I had to pay additional half month for transit either the new place or old place. Of course It would be nice to save half month because we do not have to pay both side for the renter, and the owner does not have to miss half month rent waiting to find a new renter after old renter moved out. All I can say is, if I am a renter, I will pick Brent because Brent will answer your call and take care of the problem I encounter from the property. If I am a home owner, I will pick Brent because I will receive statements and money electronically same date every month. If the property needed repair, Brent has repairman on hand with very low price and the cost will be deducted later. The property is protected because of being inspected periodically.

Myself and two of my friends rented a proper through Certified Property Solutions. Brent Foster was great throughout our lease minus our last month, December. So, upon our intent to vacate this rental property, Brent asked my roommates if it would be ok to bring possible tenants in the home to view the property. I was out of town during the one viewing however my roommates informed me that the possible tenants welcomed themselves to opening cupboards and closest without my roommates, nor my consent all while Brent was inside of the property. 1st offense: Opening things without our permission all while property manager is in the property AND current tenants in the home! 2nd offense: The possible tenants asked Brent, aloud in the living room while my roommates were sitting on the couch, if they would be able to move in the end of December. Mind you, our lease did not end until Dec 31st. According to my roommates, Brent’s response was,“lets see what we can do”. WRONGANSWER! The correct answer would have been, «Hey, the current lease doesn’t end until the end of the year, we can work something out to get you in the home ASAP» OR «Lets just ask them how they feel since they’re right here» OR «We should have this conversation right now, lets talk off the property». So, after the viewing they decided they wanted to rent the property. Before we even moved out, the new tenant had their mail forwarded to the address. Several packages were delivered to our home, with the new tenants name. They also had the maintenance guy come by the house to start making«improvements– initial phase of garage door installation and a fence around the property. Some of the appointments for the installation was coordinated with my roommates however, several were made without our permission and they entered the property anyways. Back to the tenants wanting to move in early… WELL, Brent began to pressure all three of us(myself and my two roommates) about moving out earlier, only giving us limited dates to do our final walk-through. He made the window extremely limited to what he wanted in order to, what it seemed to all of us, accommodate the new renters. 3rd offense: If Brent wanted to get us out of there prior to our lease date, he should have clearly communicated that with all three of us. Sat us all down and verbalized his intent instead of just assuming we all were on board. In actuality, we didn’t know what he intended. The reason this fact was even somewhat known to us was due to the fact that the new renters verbalized this during their viewing of the property. Brent’s text messages and communication became extremely defensive after this point on. It was unfortunate because the first 11 months were pretty damn good. The lack of open communication and verbalization of intent as well as lack of HONORINGTHELEASEAGREEMENT left a really bad taste in our mouths. Ultimately, we moved out sooner because we didn’t want to deal with the crap and harassment any longer. Very disappointed with the final days of our interaction with Brent.

Brent has always followed-up quickly on any issues my roommate and I may have, either right away or within 24 hours. The company web page is user-friendly and has some useful tips on apartment maintenance. Overall excellent service and if I had my own property, I’d use him as my property manager.

Best property manager I have worked with thus far on the island while looking for a rental. Brent Foster was great, very responsive. Thanks.
