Love my doctor

Dr. Chelsea is amazing! She is compassionate, caring and takes the time to talk with you. It makes me sad that she’s rated based on the front office — because she is one of the best medical professionals I’ve met.
She genuinely cares about the well-​being of her patients. Without getting too much into my personals… she listens, is concerned with my well-​being/​stress/​happiness/​family… makes sure that I am healthy because she knows I have a family to take care — just like she does (she has two young kiddos as well). She has impeccable bed-​side manners and is honest… I trust her wholeheartedly and know she has my best interests in mind.
I can’t imagine having another Dr. And I am so happy that she is around my age — so she will be working a while and I won’t have to worry about her retiring and me having to find another Dr. *sorry if that sounds selfish — it’s just how much I adore her.

I can’t stand it anymore. the busy waiting room, limited parking always get full and the staff is Not friendly at all. The girls in the back are straight up rude. I try to be nice and friendly despite there attitude. All they seem to do is roll there eyes and stare at me the whole time like they have nothing else to do. Dr. Ching-​Endow is wonderful and kind. Its sad that her staff that represents her is LOUSY. Happy Im Changing Doctors.

I did not make it in to see the doctor. I understand that people have bad days, but I also understand that those people can break your business with their poison and should not be answering your phones or running your office.
I called, hoping to get an appointment to see Dr. Ching-​Endow after reading all of these awesome reviews about her and her office. I was surprised at what answered the phone. A rude woman who divulged too much information and had no empathy in her voice whatsoever.
Honestly, I’m a patient. I don’t need to know how your office functions. Also, I DON’T CARE how your office functions, or who’s sick/​on vacation/what’s happening in your life/​what your favorite color is. What I need to know is if you’re going to service me or not, and I expect a little courtesy and respect when telling me.

DR. Chelsea Ching-​Endow is awesome!
She clearly loves what she does and is extremely thorough and genuine. I’ve never had a problem with the front office in regards to information or booking an appointment. The few times I had to change or cancel an appointment, they were very nice and understanding even though I know its super inconvenient for them. Every time I see Ching-​Endow she always greets me with a smile and asks how I’m doing. She always has an answer for me no matter how ridiculous my questions can be. It wasawesome was when she personally called me for a fallow up on some of my tests reassuring me everything was okay and providing me with more information. I am so happy to be a patient of hers.

It don’t matter if you have an appointment but they do their best to service you once they have you in the rooms. I really like how they are not prejudiced with people. They take all types of people, weather you have insurance or not, on welfare, on drugs or homeless. You see them all there.
I also like the way they take care of their elders. I felt safe that my mother would be taken cared of really well by Dr. Chelsea Ching-​Endo. She calls my mother «mom» and tells her she loves her.
Most of the other doctors or specialists they refer you to is in the building which is very convenient. Free parking but small area.
