Colortyme Beretania

They rent to own mostly furnitures and tv but sometimes they also have electronics, brand name bags/​wallets, computer tables. Etc. they are across from Times Suoer Market on South Beretania street. I like that place, all the staff are pretty nice also.

Rudy was very nice and helpful. I saw a couch on craigslist that was in the store. Got it delivered and set up 2 days later. Super comfortable.

Great place to get funiure, and the prices aren’t bad also. I’ve delt with Color Tyme, for almost 3 years now, and have no complaints. They will deliver the day of also if you are flexible.

The guys at colortyme are awesome! They made renting some furniture for temporary housing for me fast and easy. They delivered the same day and set everything up. The drivers and delivery team were top notch and helpful.
I did a lot of research before deciding to go with these guys and it was the right choice. Prices are good. Service is perfect.
This should be your only choice when you want to rent furniture for your home or business.

Would think twice before deciding on rent to owning anything from at least this store. After renting a leather sectional sofa and separately rented the ottoman as well as an apple ipad. The rep Tim that gave us his pitch as satisfaction guaranteed was actually shady. We had the items from February and since than we did not get our ottoman in fact to continue charging us full price he delivered a broken ottoman and never showed up to fix the broken sectional. The ipad we never got the charger for it but was promised it would also be delivered and it never arrived. We were visited like clock work by Tim for full payment which again we were under the impression that we could decide ourselves if we wanted to pay weekly, bi weekly or monthly well that was a lie. Tim kept our credit card number on his phone and when I asked me if he had my credit card number he took his phone out and said I tried to run it but it wouldn’t go thru. It did not go thru because we closed the account due to the fact that you illegally kept our confidential credit card on your phone. Tim had made his way thru our security lobbys and elevator to collect full payment which we did not agree to pay monthly but had no obligation to bring the charger for the ipad or repaired and replace our sectional and ottoman which mind you we have been paying in full for a month with no consideration of satisfying us the consumer with quality products. This is tacky and shady business. We finally decided to end our business with colortyme after being bullied by Tim for payment for products that were not what we paid for being that he lies about calling us and trying to set up repair dates and payment reminders. His customer service sucks instead he try after months of renting us less than quality products that he expected full payment on or else according to his text his boss said he has to repo it is ridiculous and shady. Please consumer beware. We have since gone to rent a center and am very pleased we have quality products and Jamie is a manager of his word with reps that take customers satisfaction serious which is appreciated after being treated the way we were with Tim at colortyme and his manager that according to Tim instructed him to do what he does. Very sad… We invested a lot of money in products that we were led to believe were top of the line and quality.
