This company was appointed to «help» my mother in law manage her mental wellness. It seems like they’ve only made the situation worse. Shes been through maybe 5 representatives now. All but one didn’t seem to really know how to deal with mental health or navigate the health system that is Hawaii. The most recent case has managed to piss off her doctor and as a result the doctor has stated that she can no longer provide treatment for my mother in law. The mental health care is already severely lacking in this state and this company is doing nothing to help change that. If you don’t have to use this company I advise that your don’t. If it’s your only option, well then I pray for you.

Compared to similar Agencies such as this one, the services and staff are priceless assets to this establishment. As a non-​profit, it’s not all about the money, but about the people it serves. I do question its high turn-​around with its employees.
