Just got the Groupon for laser hair removal for this place. The staff was very helpful in accommodating my crazy schedule. I actually had to call and re-​schedule twice and both times they made it really easy for me and got me appointments that worked with my schedule that I didn’t have to wait too long for.
When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly staff who were a pleasure to work with. I decided for some reason that I was tough enough to do the procedure without numbing cream. This was a mistake and although the procedure would now take a little longer they were very patient with me and happy to allow me to conduct work over the phone while I waited. The young woman performing the procedure was very professional and patient the whole time. Her name was Alicia and I would recommend her to anyone who goes here.
In addition to the friendly and professional service the actual procedure was successful. So far I am well on my way to having all of my unwanted hair removed with very little irritation or obstruction to my daily life. This place is great! I highly recommend the Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center in Honolulu to anyone!

I wanted a large tattoo on my arm removed and after consulting with other doctors, I was told that it would leave large keloid scars. I felt discouraged and a friend told me about Dr. Herbich. I met with Dr. Herbich and he assured me that he knew what he was doing and I even saw pictures to prove it. He gave me a nice IM sedative and his nurse administered lidocaine. I got the whole thing lasered and it didn’t hurt a bit. I am still healing as we speak and it is beautiful The whole thing has faded quite a bit. He is a great doctor and I trust him! I look forward to going back… he does a great job at lasering and he’s nice to talk to. If you are wanting a tattoo removed, this is your guy right here!
