Come here if you can tolerate a doctor who’s condescending, impatient, and unprofessional towards you. I was here with my father as a translator. This was a while back and I wrote an in store review on him as soon as I got out of his office. Save your money and go somewhere else. Tip to Ronald, have a sign up and let non English speaker knows you don’t want to diagnose them.

I hadn’t plan to return to this office for my eye exam and contacts since the last time I went, the doctor didn’t seem very personal and I remember there being something odd about the amount I ended up paying for the exam.
However, I noticed that the doctor had a couple of great Unilocal reviews so I gave the office a call.
The good:
— the receptionist had a same day appointment available (on a Saturday) and even had Sunday appointments available.
The not-​so-​good:
— the receptionist wasn’t able to give me a clear expectation of how much I would be charged for the exam. She said she had no idea what my insurance (VSP) covered and couldn’t check the system to find out or the claim would be denied. I’m so confused.
I will find somewhere else to go. :/

Ron is GREAT. Friendly and willing to go the extra distance to make his patients happy. I needed contacts last minute because I was going out of the country, but waited too long to reorder and they didn’t have what I needed in stock. I thought I was out of luck until Ron called me personally a few minutes after getting off the phone with his office, and told me he would put together a bag of samples for me until I could come in and order a full supply when I got back from vacation.
He helped me out big time when he didn’t have to, and that is the excellent customer service that is so rare these days. Not only that, I asked him for his address to send him a gift card or something as a thank you, and he asked me to please not do that, that he was just happy to help. Amazing.
I rarely take the time to leave written reviews on places, but for this I had to. Definitely make an appointment with him if you need glasses or contacts, you won’t find anyone better.

Doctor Ronald H, he is an amazing and kind doctor. Super friendly and down to earth. Likable and easy going personality. Seeing him for the second time. Fast and fun.
