If you are looking for something different and fun to do in town go check out Cromwells(the pool, not the beach) Head towards Cromwells beach and make a left and walk along the rocks. Be careful because its wet and if you fall, it aint gonna be pretty. You can actually use the rock wall that is the base for some of the mansions that look out to the ocean as support as you walk along the rocks. At the end of this little rocky walk, you’ll come out at Cromwells, a man made pool in the ocean. If any of you have ever gone to the Doris Day Estate for a tour, you would have seen the pool from the balcony. The pool is open to the public, but its huge so there’s more than enough space for everyone.(Don’t worry, it doesn’t get too crowded) Jump from the left hand side since its the deepest there. I did hit my feet a couple of times but its not shallow enough that you will hurt yourself. If you do decide to jump from the front end of the pool make sure you time it right or else you WILL get hurt. The water flows in from the ocean through a pipe on the side of the wall. Directions on how to get there: Drive down Diamond Head Rd, as it turns into Kahala Ave look for Kulamanu STand start looking for parking. You can park on the street just make sure not to block any driveways. The beach is off of Kulamanu PL but you can’t park on that street. There there were a couple spots open on Kulamanu ST so parking shouldn’t be a problem… Check it out, have fun, and be safe.
