According to their ads, it says that the full paint job should cost $ 250 including the prep work but they ended up making me pay $ 800. According to the owner, it costed more because I had some body kits on which is some what reasonable but the other reason was because they had to sand down the car but the sanding down should be included in the prep work so it doesn’t seem much reasonable. Even though I paid $ 800, there are many small mistakes in paint job and they did very crappy job on my roof spoiler. I asked them to redo the paint job on my roof spoiler and they told me that it will cost me extra money even though they messed up on the paint job. The paint job looks okay from distance but when you look close, you can see many unprofessional mistakes. I had my other car painted gunmetal gray base/​clear paint job from Maaco for $ 800 last year and it was much better paint job than custom innovation and I believe maaco also has cheaper deals for single stage paint job.

I got my car painted white here and I have to say I’m very impressed how it turned out. I paid $ 300+ tax and a little more because I hand a dent they fixed for me. I only didn’t give it 5 stars because my car was dirtier on the inside the when I dropped it off. Just like dust and stuff, it will be easy to clean. I would definitely use them again. I would also recommend paying the extra to have your door jams painted.

better deal out there. he did my accord mango tango color. Turned out really sexy. This guy is reasonable if you just want to give your car a fresh new look. very safe place to get you car worked on. I mistakenly thought I got robbed of an item in my car. however embarrassingly I was very wrong. However he handled it was very professionally. Thank god for his cameras his customers can always feel safe. As for the paint job you can’t expect factory quality perfection however for such a great low price you can expect a quality work done. there might be little flaws here and there but not too noticeable. And if noticeable he is the kind of business owner that will make it right by you. I feel his goal is to always make sure you leave satisfied. Will definitely use his service again. He truly cares about his customers and giving them the satisfaction they expect. his painting booth is very high tech too. Trust me I was worried at first cause the price was too low compared to his competitors but I was very surprised at my results. I’m glad I braved it out and went with Derrick and his company.

The guy that owns this place is AWESOME.

He will go above and beyond to help his customers, and frankly, anyone that needs light mods should check this place out.
Custom Innovations is a small shop out at Hawaii Self Storage in Pearl City.
I went there initially for some minor stuff and left with a ton of other things.
Not only does this place offer quality products, but also, at the LOWEST prices I could find.
The convenience is great since its right down the street from me house, and the owner is always willing to answer any and all questions. If he doesnt know, he will find out, and make sure you get the most accurate information possible.
My experience here was great and I recommend Custom Innovations to all of my friends, all of the time!
