CyberZone

I’ve worked with Henry at cyber zone for a few years now and his knowledge and customer service cannot be beat. He has a lot of experience and was able to help me with some pretty old-​school database problems as well as keep our network running and most recently helped restore my computer after a very nasty virus got a hold of it.
He’s very responsive and A pleasure to work with. Thank you cyber zone!

It was the second day of school and I droppedd my laptop and of course it stopped working. I did a web search for computer repair places and found CyberZone. I called them and they were so nice and helpful. I don’t know much about computers and they answered all my questions and never made me feel like the questions I was asking were silly or unnecessary. I am new to the area and do not have a car and so they came and picked my laptop from my front door! I am very confident that Henry, the owner and person who worked on the computer, did EVERYTHING he could to fix my computer but the drop made it damaged beyond repair. Through out my whole experience with Henry and CyberZone they were helpful, kind, called me with any updates or times they wanted permission to make the next steps in repair, and did everything they could to help a little old college student who droopped her laptop. Oh and the best part for this broke college student they garuntee their awesome bussiness by if they can’t fix it they don’t charge. I am so grateful for CyberZone!!!
