Don’t park here under any circumstances. Overpriced, deceptive fee schedule boarding on exploitation. I paid $ 11 more than anywhere else and still can’t figure out how they managed to come up with their totally bogus fee. utter rip off!

Been here many times to stop at the offices for the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl. The building itself is what you’d expect. An office building. LOL! Parking here is very hard to find at times if you’re a visitor. The attendant usually working tends to be slow so don’t expect to make it out if you’re cutting it close on your validation.

Like a few buildings in the area, this business Center has a couple of stores and shops. On the second floor there’s an outside picnic area with dining tables. Those tables would come in handy when this Center used to host the Merchant st. market events a few years ago.

Many companies occupy space in this building. Including Omnitrak, a couple banks, and UH school of architecture. They could use a couple other things, but it is mostly business. At least its close to Aloha Tower and Fort Street Mall.

My company has an office in the Davies Pacific Center and I’ve worked there for four years. I’m a pretty big fan of this building because of its friendly management, good upkeep, straight-forward parking, and tenant appreciation events! The building is run by Pacific Office Properties and the manager is Cecily Ching. Whenever I pass by her in the lobby or see her in the elevator, she’s very friendly and waves to me like we’re old friends, and I’m sure she’s like that to each one of her tenants. Other management personnel have been pretty friendly to me as well. The building is always clean and I’ve never seen an elevator break down. I’ve seen them down for preventative maintenance, but never because of some kind of failure. This is pretty awesome, because I live in a building where the elevators break down on a weekly basis. I remember a few years ago the elevators used to give the news on the screen on the wall, but I haven’t seen those active for a while… I’ve parked in other office buildings in the area, and Davies Pacific is by far the easiest. There are no crazy spirals or awkward posts to navigate around. There’s a 10 minute grace period if you come in and decide that you don’t want to park there after all. The parking structure is adjacent to the main lobby so access to the main elevators is quick. If you need to load something large into a vehicle, there’s 20 minute standby parking in the loading zone. The building often hosts tenant appreciation events. Sometimes they’ll give us a free plate lunch, or on Valentine’s Day we’ll get a red take-out box to fill with all the valentine candies we want. Merchant Street Market is also right outside the building every 2nd and 4th tuesday of the month, featuring places places like Soul, Gourmet to Go, and Grandma G’s Kitchen, complete with musical entertainment. The seating outside is another highlight… I don’t know of any other building in the area with such nice outside seating for lunch, including umbrellas for shade and rain, unlike a certain other building(Ahem… ASB Tower). I have friends that come over from other buildings just to eat their lunches at Davies Pacific. I’m very happy with working in here and I hope we stay for a long time!
