Long time home owners policy with this agents office. I was told by switching my auto policy from Geico it would result in significant savings and added coverage. I was initially impressed and even paid in full for 3-​cars. A month later I was sent a bill for an error by the agents assistant. I was given all sorts of excuses and apologies. When I asked for a written explanation from state farm they became evasive and withdrawn. Two months later still no formal written explanation from state farm or the agent. Absolutely deceptive and horrible customer relations. Use caution with this office and state farm!
