Call them and see if they answer the phone. Most of the time they don’t.
Took my 3 year old daughter for blood work. A nurse looked at her hand and said «she has good veins. This shouldn’t be an issue». After 3 unsuccessful attempts with the needle, she said that my daughter was «moving around» and couldn’t draw blood. She ended up poking her finger and drawing blood that way. Seriously? From a 3 year old?
Staff is terrible but come here if you don’t care about the result. Otherwise, drive for 15 min somewhere else and spear the headache. Mahalo!

I rolled in at 720 on a Friday morning and took my number. I was #16 and they were on #12. I was a little nervous that only one person was working but was very pleased to see 4 different phlebotomists coming out, calling for people. This meant I was seen at 730, which was a pretty awesome wait time!
The lady who helped me was very professional, and used the proper technique to get me on the first stick (I am an RN).
I then inquired about when I could expect results as it was kind of a rare test, and instead of giving me a standard answer, she logged into her computer to give me a better answer based on when this lab is typically run. In this case it was Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and she assured me it should be run the next day.
I was out of there by 745 (my first visit here, so some time was used to fill out paperwork, verify insurance, etc).
I love efficiently run businesses! Especially those in the medical field!

Lots of parking, very clean, the personnel are friendly, quick, and the sticks are virtually pain free! I’m there every three months! I don’t remember to check in but I’m there. They’re located adjacent to the Hawaii Kai Costco, next to their tire department.

Worst blood draw ever. Extremely disappointed, after 4 sticks. Very inexperienced staff. Won’t go back.

Yes! Opens at 5:30 am which is perfect for people like me, who wants to go in early, get whatever tests doctor has prescibed, and get over it so you have more time throughout the day. Don’t forget to bring your goverment issued photo id & health insurance card.
