I had the pleasure of a DCD experience last summer during my vacation to Hawaii. I requested an authentic Hawaiian food experience for my family reunion and we sampled many exciting dishes that had never graced our palettes before that night. The Kahlua pork was amazing. The poke was fresh and delicious. There were many tasty sides, including these amazing little deep fried rice and nori balls, and service was top notch. I hope to use this service again someday, on a return trip. Thank you, Danella and company, for a memorable evening!

Chef Diamond’s Private Chef service is a real bargain! She really knows her way around the kitchen; and always keeps cost within my budget.
I’ve also seen Chef Diamond & DCD at various events in Honolulu recently. She loves to incorporate the event themes into her foods. At the 2014 Probowl Block Party she did a Tailgate theme with nacho chicken eggrolls and buffalo bite sliders. At the 2014 Scottish Festival she served scotch eggs, and was the only food vendor that served haggis.
