Direct TV is the BEST cable company in Hawaii. Not that I know much about others, but these people were top notch. They came when they said they would come to fix things. They came a few times. They were polite and straight forward and helpful. I really enjoyed working with this company. You can not say that about a lot of companies, Wish a many things were this easy and dependable. Not a long review, but what more can you say about stellar service consistently!

So nowadays with all of the tech industries saying this and that and the other thing… it is helpful to have good service people that are helpful instead of just cut-​throat sales people out for your blood.
I used to have not tooooo long ago dail up with Hawaii On-​line. Yes it was AOL here in HI — what can I say — I lived on Molokai and as a teacher there were only a few options and there was a discount as a teacher back then.
Now on Oahu– there are tons of choices…
Who can help me — where I live there are a few questions that I would not always think of… I live in an apartment, close to a mountain… How is reception going to be and will I get service???
I am really glad about the customer service here because I need someone honest to help me — cause I really don’t what to have to think about all of the possible problems and need someone to think of them for me.
Honest people looking to do business here in HI to provide good services to more customers.
