I went to Dry Express to get pants hem I was there previous customer but want to give them a chance again so brought my boy friend’s 5 pair of pants to get hem ⁴⁄₂₇ they ask me when I needed it back so I told them ⁴⁄₃₀ so the lady agreed on it I even jokingly ask for a discount and she said they have a new system and can’t give me any. So i left with out looking at my receipt the TIME of the pick up. So today I went to pick it up 10:30am and was told it was not ready at all but before that the lady was talking to me in her dialect which I did not understand one single word i just told her opps i don’t speak the language. So she explain pick up after 5:30pm pants not ready. I was so furious and told them no one told me the time travel from town. then so it was my fault not looking at the receipt but the communication was awful

NEVER I WILL RETURN TO THESE COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND THEM i called the owner Bruce and told him about it in fact they have not resolve my Marc Jacobs Dress 3 years ago and still reminded him and he assume that it was handled by Norma I told him not at all even a written apology he even told me when both him and Norma saw me in a resto saw me smiling thinking things where ok of course I needed to be cordial but with in me i spent hundreds on a dress that the place that he owned that was ruin till this day no one had apologized And now here we go again. He ask me what he can do on these issue I decline all i want is PLEASE teach your staff customer service and be more cordial that’s it. He offer to deliver I decline on the offer. I don’t need a apology from the owner. I am a business person too. I want DryClean Express Business but how can i have the business if I being the customer is not satisfied with their service at all. As what i said I AM NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE DRY CLEAN EXPRESS. I AM SORRY I like Bruce I even express to him that i will write my story to Unilocal.But I am being honest about how i feel.

Amazing! Used the alterations and she got it done early! The work done is great! Will use again for alterations.

They ruined my two cashmere and wool sweaters. They would not claim responsibility and thought they could fool me. Very upset about this whole incident. I will never ever go to them.
