Easy Computer

Richard at Easy Computer shows a real concern for your satisfaction. Obviously, fixing a computer is a process of diagnosis and treatment, often requiring software and hardware problem solving. I brought in my Dell 1545, 5 year old lap top computer that I had tried to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. During the process, I learned that Dell was not supporting Windows 10 on my computer and I wanted to re-​install Windows 7 but I did not have the original software. Further, Dell indicated that my computer had a problem with memory. Through a couple of days of work, Richard solved the problems by re-​installing Windows 7 and ordering memory from Amazon Prime (because it was much cheaper than anywhere on the island). I would recommend Richard because of his commitment to customer satisfaction, his knowledge, and his fair pricing.

Richard is great! I recently bought a Windows 10 Computer and I didn’t like it at all. I called up Richard to see if my system would be compatible for it and he immediately checked if it would work over the phone. Great service. It was difficult to get it installed smoothly and cleanly with my desktop tower but Richard got it working perfect! Excellent service, quality work, and nice guy.
I would recommend him if you need a computer to be checked out. Definitely going to use him in the future.

10/20/2014…I was having slow response time with my internet access… after determining it was my router, Richard recommended a new router for me… he found it at Office Depot. When I got home to so a self-​install, I got stuck… a phone call to Richard fixed it in a flash… he makes it all seem so easy.
Richard is so available and so nice and polite… best of all, he is really smart…

I highly recommend Richard of Easy Computer for any computing issues. He is professional, reliable, friendly, and provides fast service. He is also great at making suggestions by researching options, and is reasonably priced for his service, saving money and time.
I received a computer with faster processor to replace my ten-​year-​old computer. Richard showed up promptly to set up the new computer and replace the monitor, and configure Internet access. What impressed me was he brought extra cables, which might have been needed for this work. Luckily I had all cables that I needed. Richard carefully copied all data from my old computer, including bookmarks, and local email folders and transferred them to the new one. He also provided a set of new wireless key board and mouse at a very reasonable price. He also took out the hard drive from my old computer before recycling it. Who would expect that the tech person takes time to give you the hard drive of your computer? When I needed a higher resolution monitor, Richard looked up the website and made a recommendation which one to buy.
I am computer illiterate, and would have no idea how resolve computer problems, but now I feel safe, since Richard would be here to help me!
