I agree with all of you. However be warned that Equity Properties will send out threating mail. The letter they sent me stating any bad reviews on Unilocal are«harassment.» In the same letter they turned around and state«their employees can harass you(me) while they are working [for us at the property we manage where you live] because it is freedom of speech.» Do you see this disconnect of their hypocritical reasoning? Last time I checked employees do not have rights to harass residents. Period! Residents, paying a condo fee that contribute to their paychecks. We, the tenants, have the right to freedom of speech. Equity Properties knowingly defends aggressive behavior of employee(s) on and off the property does not excuse employee’s behavior off the clock. Equity Properties’ employees still represent the company and need to a heed to an ethical code of conduct. And bad behavior towards a tenants doesn’t fall under the protection of the constitutional right to freedom of speech. It falls under something far more unethical in their business practices and comes off as nefarious. There now send me another threating letter and/or have your employees harass me again and I will keep updating my Unilocal review because I am protected the constitution. This IS freedom of speech! I encourage more people to speak out and review Equity Properties. Don’t be scared of their bullying tactics. If you are you can do a review in a screen name to protect your identity.

This property management company gets a one star because our PM doesn’t return phone calls! It is so difficult to get our PM on the phone whenever I have an issue to discuss. Emails are very impersonal. I am so frustrated with not being able to talk to someone when we have a problem! I do not recommend this company and wish our board did not switch to them!
