She was extremely professional, courteous and bent over backwards to help me get this order to my friend. The basket ended up being personally delivered by the company that day. True they are located in Hawaii, but their product line delivers all over the world. I’m certain that they can’t do that kind of personal touch with most of their deliveries. That kind of attitude and support makes all the difference. Oh and by the way, I haven’t even talked about their very aptly named products. They are top of the line in every way. The baskets are beautiful and their contents really are top shelf. Truly exquisite creations. They are worth every penny it costs for their beautiful items and this company has earned my respect and admiration. Highest possible recommendation!

What a great option to tell someone in Hawaii you’re thinking of them without having to pay outrageous amounts for shipping, and having to wait inordinately long times for the mail system to deliver!
The list of included options are diverse, and lovely. The presentation of each gift set is stunning. The most important feature though, is the personal attention you will receive from the staff.
Our son lives on Oahu and we wanted to send him something special for his birthday. We had also just finished moving, and our poor boy’s birthday was nearly overlooked in the commotion (we live in NM). At the last minute, I placed an order through the website (after hours). After reading carefully the company policy that specifically states they require a minimum of 24 hours to prepare and deliver a package, I felt a gnawing sense of despair. I should never have feared! The company called me first thing (Hawaii time) in the morning to let me know they would surely deliver the basket on his birthday (the same day as the phone call), and they would hastily send me a refund for $ 35 of extra delivery charges the paypal website erroneously charged us.
