Flip DAT Switch Cleaning Services

I’ve used Flip DAT Switch twice now and never ever again. Let’s list the reasons why shall we?
1. Late BOTH times, the second time being almost TWO HOURS late. She stated that she left her phone in Kaneohe and had to turn around to get it.
2. On the second time, she made me reschedule twice. I picked a day that worked for my schedule and then she asked if we could move the date. It didn’t work well, but I agreed. Then she asked me the day before to change the time, because she was flying in from Maui.
Wait, Maui?
Yes, Maui. She lives in Maui now and only comes to Honolulu a few days a month. She rescheduled so she could clean some admirals house, forcing me to not only pick a day I couldn’t really accommodate and then being two hours late, so she could clean someone else’s house that would pay more.
But it doesn’t stop there! Instead, after multiple apologies (and I still tipped 15%, despite being two hours late) she promised to come back a month later, to do a FREE cleaning! Great, right?
Wrong. I texted her last week to ask about it and I hear nothing but crickets. I text again twice more, with continuous refusal to respond. So much for good customer service, right?
I will be using more reputable and reliable services from now on, thank you!
