I was due a refund of $ 302.00 November 10, 2012. I didn’t receive it until December 31, 2012 and only after many phine calls and text messages. After several excuses, the agent, Cher called me on December 14th stating she had my check in her hand but needed stamps. Post marked 10 days later, I finally received my check 7days after that. I wonder how she would feel if she gave me $ 302.00 from her pocket to hold forneay two months? There are lots of travel and tour business’ in Oahu make sure to choose one with a professional appearance, a staff dressed for business and review Unilocal and the BBC.
