We were window shopping for my fiancé’s wedding band while visiting Hawaii. Ms. Sawako was very proffesional and friendly and showed us all the options for men. My finance finally came down to a band which is probably the most affordable item in the store with no diamond on it but we wanted to look around at other shops before we make the final decision. Sawako was very nice and patient with us and gave us no pressure at all. We felt very welcoming and and it was definitely a very wonderful shopping experience. We just received Sawako’s Christmas card and reminded me that I should leave the store a Unilocal review.

Arrogant racist pompous not attractive sales people … Went in and was humbled for asking if they had anything under $ 1,000 … For a Christmas gift and this hag sneered at me and said nothing for someone like you. Could see in her eyes and Botox smile … Nothing under $ 2,000, we are Harry Winston … No one in store … How do they stay in business. Old women spending dead husbands money? Get off my lawn, no Aloha… Out of business in a year

Ultimately professional and friendly. They took their time in showing my daughter each piece of Jewelry that she wanted to see, even knowing that this was just «window shopping» at the moment until that big question is asked of her. However they were kind enough to get her their current bridal magazine, package it in one of their Harry Winston bags, with business cards and wish her well. They were the consummate professionals! I’m positive they will make things perfect as soon as it is time to purchase!
