Yesterday my laptop broke, today it’s better than new! Glad I searched Unilocal for computer repair in the Hawaii Kai area. I saw the good reviews about Hawaii PC.
Matt started on my repair immediately so I literally got it back in ONE DAY! Some other computer repair shops had a bit of a wait 3 – 5 days. Initially Matt quoted me 2 – 3 days or less but finished it in 1 day.
I had important files (that I need to run my business) on the broken hard drive, and he was able to extract all of it. He told me which new hard drive to buy (solid state drive SSD) and took the time to educate me on the benefits.
Best of all, Matt organized my desktop, he configured it to shut down and start up faster than I ever knew was possible. Even recommended a better anti-​virus. It is so FAST now.
I will definitely utilize his computer repair service again because he knows what he is doing.

I am extremely pleased with the service Matt provided. I was in need of a hardware transfer from my old lap top, that would no longer charge, to my new lap top. Matt went above and beyond with this job and went the extra mile by keeping me informed of every bit of helpful information concerning future maintenance for my Surface Pro 3. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy computer technician!

Virus unfortunately resurfaced, and rather than give me excuses, Matt at Hawaii PC took my computer in and got back to work. He actually put in a lot of overtime to fix the problem, and displayed amazing customer service by getting my computer back to me within 24 hours.
Once again, Hawaii PC proves to be the best local computer repair shop, and has definitely gained a lifetime customer.

I just rebooted my computer that Matt fixed. It works great. Matt was professional in providing me an estimate of costs up front, discussing my alternatives after his diagnosis and completing the repairs on a timely basis. I’d be happy to use him again.
