At first I was very pleased with Roldan’s response to my request for an estimate to install a camera security system at my home. He came out the very next day at the agreed upon time and was very polite & professional. Roldan said he’ll call the next day with an estimate, which he did not, so I called him. We set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. I called the day before the appointment to confirm and he said «yes, I’ll be out with my guys around 10am». Well, he didn’t show, so I called him at 11am and left a voice mail, and called again at least another 5 or 6 times with no response from him! I’m totally shocked at his lack of courtesy and professionalism! I took the day off specifically for the install. Roldan, if your reading this, «wake up man! Do your job!»

Very unreliable & unprofessional, made an apt with Roland last week for Tuesday, didn’t show up and didn’t respond to any of my calls or text. Why confirmed ok we’ll be there when you can’t show up! Ugh! Pisses me off when I have to reschedule client meetings just to accommodate this appointment and can get my CCTV done. Would never trust people who don’t have a word of honor! I think they only value commercial clients! You shouldn’t be in business!

This company has been helping our 8 stores, 3 warehouses and our corporate office since 2007. Rolden and his techs are very professional. They are actually renovating our 2 store at this time.

These people are unreliable! Do not do business with these people! I made two appointments to have a flatscreen installed and they did not show up or call! I took time off from work to be here and they flaked twice!
These people are unreliable and avoid them if you want to avoid being lied to!

I am sad to report a very similar experience as posted in Nov. 2011 by Kristen O. Made an appointment, stayed home to wait, and later received a reply to my first text, sent an hour and fifteen minutes after the scheduled time, claiming that a previous appointment had gone late (Really? It was Labor Day.) and that he would be here, «ASAP». So I waited. No response to texts made two and four hours later; he neither showed, called, nor responded. Very much looks like the appointment was forgotten and then the potential account abandoned. Extreme disrespect for the value of a customer’s time. On the good side, Unilocal! Reviews worked as they were supposed to, and one of two previous reviews reported a very similar response. Had I taken that more seriously, I would have saved a full day of waiting. I had hoped that after making the mistake once, HST would have recognized and fixed the problem, but as of Sept 2012, it remains, sadly.

Hawaii Super Tech is a quality service compared to some contractors we have dealt with in the past. We just set up a security camera and cat5e installation in our new add on to our house in Kailua. Rolden was very attentive to how we wanted the cabling to look. I can tell he is compassionate and cares about his customers.
I definitely recommend him to my friends that have small businesses and require his cabling expertise.

I would have liked to give this business a fair shot, but alas, they do not keep to their appointments. After several calls we arranged for a technician to install a flat screen tv on our living room wall. Much to our delight, Hawaii-​Super Tech quoted us a decent price. However the delight ends there. When they didn’t show up at the arranged time, we called numerous times and left messages with no avail. Please save yourself the time and heartache by never using this service.
