I was able to book a Swedish massage for same day service… nice. Check-in was easy and the facility is clean and quiet. The room was comfortable and I was greeted nicely upon entering. The massage wasn’t rushed and I was asked for any areas of concern. Room temperature was good and I really enjoyed the massage. Only suggestion would be a change in music; the rumbling drums sounded too much like Game of Thrones instead of tranquility but we had a good chuckle about it during the massage. I only purchased a 50 minute massage so next time will be the 90. Great little place and good prices for the value offered.

The manicure I received was fine, but I think it is HORRIBLY over priced.

On the last day of my vacation, my boyfriend surprises me and treats me to day at Heaven and Earth Day Spa for my birthday. With some of the more recent reviews being less than 5 star, I have to admit I was a little worried that he was about to waste his money. The Spa is located at Hale Koa which is a military hotel but the spa is open to provide service to the public. Parking is located across the street from the hotel. If you or anyone in your group has a military ID, get your ticket validated at the front desk to get a lower rate for parking. The Spa does not validate your ticket. If not, the parking rates are a dollar and some change more per hour. I went with the Heavenly Day Spa package which includes a 50 minute Swedish massage, 50 min Spa facial and a mani/pedi(90 minute) My massage/facial gal was Diane and she was amazing. A petite framed lady with a soft soothing voice and a big warm smile. Diane led me to a dimly lit room and I hopped on a warmed massage table and that’s when Diane worked her magic! She was very professional yet personable and she made sure you were okay with the pressure she was using to massage you. After lotioning/oiling you up, she uses hot towels to remove the excess and the heat is amazingly relaxing(of course, she also checks to make sure it’s not too hot for you to handle) Then on to my facial where she proceeds to pamper and take care of business on my face(a.k.a monster pimple) She was open to explain everything she was doing and what she was applying which I really liked. After being pampered for nearly 2 hours, Diane met me out by the front desk with a glass of water to rehydrate(she also offers tea as well) She showed me which products she used and gave no pressure to purchase them. Instead of going straight to my mani/pedi, I had an hour break in between services because of scheduling(I mean, if it’s really a mediocre spa, it sure was booked) but that worked out for me because I was hungry. If you go downstairs toward the beach, there is a small snack cafeteria to get anything from burgers with fries, salads, bottles beverages, etc. Yay for cheese fries. I came back and I was treated to a gelish mani and ultimate pedi with Annie who is just so sweet. She did a great job making my island exploring hands and feet from rough and dry to smooth, beautifully polished, and vacation worthy. She gave a wonderful leg/foot massage during my pedi and did a wonderful job massaging my arms/hands as well. And yes, it did take 90 minutes and even though I came in with some major work for her to do, she did a great job and really took her time to get everything right. I was very happy with my experience here and would recommend others to try. Their prices are comparable to day spas I’ve been to and are worth it to pamper yourself.

It was my last day of my holiday and i got a pregnancy massage and a facial. I had an older caucasian lady who had no pressure in her massage, felt like she was just rubbing moisturuzer on me and the facial was a slip slop slap, with no facial massage, i just felt like i was layers of cream put on me without being wiped off properly! I was sooo dissapointed as i was looking forward to this the whole trip! What a waste of $ 300!!!

Staying at the Hale Koa and booked an 80 minute message, outdoors in the cabana, adjacent to the pool area. It was marginal, at best. Massage therapist had all the flaps open, I asked she close at least one of them for privacy, due to the large number of folks at the nearby pool. The depth of the message was fine, but the technique was crummy. She spent lots of time in one area, and next to none in others. Usually, at the beginning, the the therapist will ask for likes, dislikes, troublesome spots, etc. Not this time. Also, she insisted on working on the front area of my neck, not good. When was the last time you hurt there? Also, it was a suffocating feeling. Is she really licensed? Too bad, I was really looking forward to this treat to myself on vacation and it was a huge waste if time and money.

I had a 80 min massage. Lenora was fantastic. This location is much smaller than the one in downtown. There are no showers, lockers, or restrooms inside. Restrooms are located outside to the right. I’m guessing they only anticipate people staying at the hotel or in Waikiki. As it is located at the Hale Koa Hotel(military) parking across the street is NOT validated unless you have a military ID. Parking was $ 7.00.

Scheduled bridal appointment 4 months in advance, and I called two weeks prior to confirm to find out that they did not have the staff to take care of my party and that they double booked my time slot. I glad I called! They would have never called me to let me know. Really unprofessional.

I had a wonderful pedicure done here last December. My feet are very sensitive, so usually when anyone touches them it either tickles or causes a spasm. Not here! The pedicurist has the magic touch! Her foot and calf massage was pure bliss, and it left not only my feet and legs but my whole body feeling totally relaxed! Not to mention, she did a great job on my nails – everyone was complimenting them and the polish lasted a good six weeks with no chips. I can’t wait to come back!

Started my vacation with an appointment for a color touch-up with Jazmyne. Jazmyne was a very welcoming and pleasant young lady. I didn’t feel rushed and the recommendations that Jazmyne gave for future hair care were quite informative. The salon was elegant and clean. Further into my vacation I had the chance to schedule a wonderful Retreat package Spa with Dianne. I will say I felt like I was walking on clouds after my body massage and my facial left my skin feeling revitalize and fresh… Thank you Heaven on Earth Day Spa and your professionals for making my vacation so much more enjoyable.

I went inside to get a Unilocal offered free gift, which appears on your phone when you check-in, and once inside, I was looked at and treated as a bother to the employees there. No one knew about the Unilocal gift. I wasn’t going to leave without it and I wanted to ensure I would provide an accurate review. The employees here at the front of the front greeting area are worthless. Where’s the greeting and friendly personalities and attitudes that you’re a customer and not a bother to them? Not here. Aside from the looks, I was handed a sample and was brushed aside while the front desk returned to whatever the two of them were doing prior to my «Interruption». Rude people… what can you do with them… I know, Unilocal

I had a beautiful acrylic full set done last night with the wonderful Miss Annie, I love it! She knew exactly what I wanted from the shape to the polish and the atmosphere she presented was so professional. Everything about Heaven On Earth at the Hale Koa is exceptional! Nails, facials, massage, a hair salon, and friendly front desk staff, this place has it all! Check them out!

We did a couples massage which was done on very short notice and they accommodated us very nicely. It was a very good deep tissue massage. I had trouble with my neck and the masseuse did a great job of focusing on my problem area. It was very inexpensive and really hit the spot.

Do not waste your time and money here. Scheduled appt for my bridal party months in advance and was rescheduled 2 days before for a different times but never informed. Decided to give them a chance but when my sister was late(stuck with a vendor) and tried to reschedule or get someone else to take her appt, they informed her that it will be a cancelation. $ 100 was charged to her CC but was refunded after 30 mins and asking about rescheduling clients policy. Front Desk staff was chuckling about their last Unilocal review while I was getting a pedi. Horrible experience with scheduling and felt very rushed the day before my wedding.

Replaced Bobbi and Guy branch at the Hale Koa Hotel basement level on 18 November 2013. An extension of the massage and spa of the same name located on Hale Koa’s first floor. Minor renovations and a staff overhaul, though some stylists remain, and a big price increase. Basic men’s cut now $ 26.
