My mom and I took a sewing class here together– 3 hours every Sunday for 6 weeks. In that time, I was able to re-learn basic stitching and sew my own bag! The ladies who work here are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. If you are interested in taking a class here, they will assist you with anything you wish to make or learn about. Having basic sewing knowledge is not necessary. Another woman in my class was sewing an entire wardrobe of maternity clothes for herself and finished in 3 sessions! You work completely at your own pace and they provide class sessions at very flexible times.

The name says it all. It’s definitely hidden. LoL. It was a bit hard to find, but I landed upon this place while I was looking for fabric for my Halloween costume. This place met my needs. They were more than willing to help me pick out the best fabric. Not only that, they even helped me to figure out how much of it I would need. They even offer sewing classes in the back. I’m intrigued. Perhaps when I have more time on my hands I can take a class or two!

Hidden Yardage is a true gem. I just recently got involved in sewing and found this place thanks to some co-workers. They have fabric galore, service is very friendly especially towards someone new to this hobby. I’m thankful they were able to take the time and explain things to me that probably seemed second nature to them. I will be coming here often and am trying to schedule time to take their classes.

I go here for sewing classes and enjoy it! Lori and Dana are so nice and helpful. Students even get a discount on supplies and fabric. I would recommend this place to anyone whether you are a beginner or an advanced sewer, Dana and Lori will help you out with your project. By the way, parking is free in the parking structure of Kukui Plaza with validation.

Walked in for some interfacing, and walked out with that and more fabric. Telltale sign of a great store! I’ll definitely be indulging in my fabric addiction here – they have some beautiful prints and some tasteful island-themed fabric as well. It’s like they took all my favorite fabric stores and all my favorite fabrics in them and made this lovely store. Small remnant and notions sections, but they do exist. Their hours are different(weekday evenings and weekend days) because, according to the website, it’s owned and run by two people who also have full-time jobs. Which kinda makes me love it even more. They also offer sewing classes, which is great! Can’t wait to come back.

Both my girls(aged 8 and 12) go here for sewing lessons. I can’t say enough about this place. Both Dana and Lori are so patient with my kids — I couldn’t have asked for a better place to learn! Not only that, but they really make my girls feel like anything is possible. Dana and Lori are both so knowledgeable, professional and friendly I really do recommend this place to everyone I know! The shop has a small but fun selection of fabrics and notions, and if you decide to take sewing classes here you get small discount on what you purchase. There are sewing classes for adults and kids, as well as a quilting class. Dana also does alterations, so if that’s something you want done you can come here for that, too!

I enjoy going there for my sewing projects. Both owners are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The fee is more affordable compared to other places in town. I have learned more for the past two months than all those time I spent at other workshops.

Absolutely my new favorite place to work on my sewing projects! The owners are very educated about the garment industry and really great about helping you out. The have great deals on sewing classes which would be great for parties or events, etc. The only downfall is that they aren’t open for very long during the week. Hopefully they will get better weekly hours eventually! I will definitely be back to work on more projects in the future.
