Amy is the best trainer in Honolulu hands down –She is professional and knows about body mechanics and healthy weight loss. She provides personal training that is convenient for professionals, as she will come to you. I can’t say enough about Amy… and I’ve had a number of trainers-You wont go wrong with this trainer–

Unilocal 31 days Challenge: 15 of 31 My husband and I were one of Amy’s first clients when she first moved to Hawaii. We had one hour personal sessions with her 2 times a week, and she modified the exercises according to our ability; my husband would do something different than what she wanted me to do. Amy is attentive throughout the session, and will tell you to pick up the pace or correct our positioning. We have tried to «miscount» but we could never get away with it. In fact, instead of counting, she sometimes makes us perform an exercise(like squats, burpees– I hate those!) for 30 seconds, and she has her eyes on her handy dandy watch so you can’t cheat. Argggh! She has always been very professional, even as we are whining because she is kicking our butts! She is dedicated and cares about her clients. I appreciate that she is responsive via phone calls, texts, and emails, despite her busy schedule.

Amy is awesome. Her workouts are challenging, different and very tailor-made for me and my goals. Originally, I had a Groupon for her bootcamp series, but when I realized the bootcamp schedule wasn’t workable, Amy accommodated my request of applying my Groupon toward Personal Training. Not only THAT, but she gave me the one thing I wanted: guns. Nice, pumped, sculpted guns. And she did it all with an irreverent sense of humor, creatively designed workouts and just enough«scolding» to make me look forward to our sessions together. You should hire her now.

i love Amy. Her classes have totally changed my life. They happen before work, before you have time to make excuses — and by the time you’re done you feel totally awesome. I’ve lost 32 lbs since June(11) and I’m almost at my goal.
