Caricature of a lounge. 1. We came here at 1:15 pm and they told us that they close at 1:30pm! Keeping it 24h might be hard, but closing lounge mid day is unacceptable. 2. We decided to go in for 15 min anyway and found that lounge have no food at all. 3. Since lounge had no food, we wanted to eat the snacks we brought with us. A lady quickly came up and told us that eating is not allowed! What kind of lounge does not allow eating?! 4. Location is inconvenient: you have to walk down the stairs with your luggage and the path from the terminal to the lounge is not air conditioned.

My first Priority Pass use, and cancelling my membership. This lounge is not worth $ 27 for an hour stay. Yes the Wi-Fi works, but the receptionist can’t help with anything other than hand you the sign about how to log on. The chairs not comfortable. Only one table to work on with my computer. Yes they have water, but the coffee was cold and where is the bathroom! I was so disappointed. Next time I’ll pay $ 50 to go the American Airline/Alaska board room when I fly. $ 27 for an hour of Wi-Fi and one bottle of water. YUCK

Hot, muggy and depressing. Very dissapointed that AMEX would send it’s cardholders here.

Underwhelming may be the word I’m looking for when describing the Hawaii IASS lounge, but even then that might be too generous. The road to the lounge is downstairs, and I mean you need to take the stairs down to get to the bottom floor, the entrance to the actual lounge is through a small door which leads to the smallest lounge that I’ve ever seen which is essentially one small room. The receptionist are nice but that’s about it… There’s no food, no alcoholic beverages, there’s not really even any space to sit as the lounge feels cramped and the chairs are not nice. I was hoping to at least use nicer bathrooms but nope, they don’t even have bathrooms. I spent a grand total of about 30 seconds in the lounge after checking in just to grab a couple bottles of Hawaiian water. It’s not worth it coming to this lounge unless you want to pick up some bottles of water. As bad as I feel writing all of this, it’s all true. With the amount of people I saw at the lounge, they could definitely offer better amenities.

Hands down, this is the WORST airport lounge I’ve ever encountered, both domestically and internationally. They have old, dingy furniture. The club is very dark and depressing. Additionally, the restroom is NOT inside the club. Instead, it’s out the door and down the hall. It’s NOT clean or well serviced. There are only limited places to power up your phone, laptop or smart pad. Also, they offer absolutely NOFOOD or snacks or anything edible. They only offer a limited selection of soft drinks. There’s also no wine, beer or spirits. What they have is one TV, which only plays Japanese channels. They also have free wifi. However, there is little else. If you have to pay even $ 5 to gain access, it’s not worth it. Go elsewhere or simply grab a soft drink at the food court. There is nothing here to see. Trust me.

This place is a real dump. Trust me don’t bother entering this lounge. A needed remodel would do everyone well. Patio furniture… really?
