I always call ahead so I have never had to wait for my appointment. I get the deluxe pedi and gelish mani. I don’t have a specific person I go to; some of them do a better massage than others. Some of them don’t even do a massage unless you remind them. Besides that, everything else is great! They always have food networkish shows on; it’s nice to have something to watch rather than reading trashy mags.

I’ve been here twice, NOT impressed both times! The first time I went was about a year ago. It was my birthday and it was the first time I had gotten 1 hour to myself in 8 months (new mom!). I was really looking forward to a pedicure, mainly the massage but I was pretty disappointed with it. I decided not to go back there.
Then last week, I needed to have my acrylics removed (my set was done at another salon). I was in a rush and Instyle Nails was conveniently located. I figured it was just a removal so they can’t screw it up that bad right? WRONG. In the past I’ve had other salons soak in acetone or file them down then try to remove them fully, but my nails were always in tact after. This place cut my nails the shortest it could be and then ripped the acrylic off. It was very unpleasant.

Called to make an appt for the same day for two pedis. My cousin and I got there early and they took us early. They started to talk to us but the second we told them we just wanted a regular pedi not the deluxe they stopped talking and started talking among themselves the entire time .
It was about 20 min total, w a sad massage and horrible paint job. My cousin and my toe nails are already smudge and pealing. Right after they didn’t even let us sit there to dry our toes, they told us «you’re done» and to leave .
I gave them both a good tip, because we will never be back again.

I only go to Jackie, got homegirls number on speed dial. Very thorough and hygienic. Does an amazing job at gel. Super sweet personality. I remember having some rhinestones on my pedi that fell off after a couple weeks of wear and she noticed and fixed it without charge. love her!

This was my first time going here. I had called earlier in the day, about 930am to schedule an appointment. My in-​laws had gotten me a mani/​pedi combo gift certificate for Christmas and I decided to use it before I give birth.
When I arrived, at first the woman couldn’t find my appointment in the book. Then she thought I was coming in to get waxed. I had to explain to her what my appointment was for which took a while because English wasn’t her first language. After that, I waited about 5 minutes for two other women to come look at my nails. They all thought I had acrylic of gel nails on until I told them my nails are naturally long and strong.
I ended up going with a gelish manicure with an accent nails and a basic pedicure. In total it took about 2 hours to do it all. Even though I love my nails and the convenience of how close it is to where I live, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back for a while.

Thought I’d try this place out since it is close to home and reviews looked good. Had the basic spa pedicure which runs $ 28.00. Mae did an excellent job on my nails and gave a great massage! Will definitely return. They offer nail services, waxing and massage.

I’m a regular walk-​in customer here for pedicures. I’m a cook and spend an average 8 – 10 hours on my feet a day, and I gotta tell you these guys give the best foot massages. Much better and reasonably priced than other salons in Hawaii Kai

This place is great! My mom and I go regularly for a deluxe mani/​pedi and are always pleased at the service and friendliness of the staff. My tech, Jackie, does a terrific job — she has great attention to detail, gives a wonderful massage during the services, is kind and friendly and her nail polish lasts a long time! The new décor is clean and inviting and the massage chairs are a nice touch. This salon offers many services — by appointment or walk-​in — and there’s lots of free parking.

Manage to overcharge again. I go in for a mani-​pedi. Got the pedicure first and it was great. But then the manicure she decides to do the gelish instead of regular polish. So I walk in expecting to spend 1 hour and $ 40 and I walk out 2 hours and $ 70 later. Instyle is still Nail Tek don’t be fooled.

First time here, took me in with no appointment immediately. I was greeted by almost every technician.
Salon is clean & sanitary, yet spacious enough so you don’t feel stuck to the next person. Massage chairs are amazing! Put me to sleep before I even got my massage.
I got Jackie & she was awesome. Soooo sweet & her massage was amazing. I got the deluxe pedi which included a scrub, clay mask & massage. I fell asleep immediately.
I felt so relaxed, & I got to watch Eclipse while I got my toes done!
Nail polish selection was pretty good too!
I’ll definitely be back to see Jackie!
