DONOT rent from these people. They rented a broken moped to my husband and when he called to explain that he was stranded on the side of a mountain and could not return the moped on time, they threatened to charge us for the full cost of the bike(even though we made arrangements to secure the bike and return it safely). Throughout the man my husband spoke with was incredibly verbally abusive, and we ultimately had to call our credit card company to block all further charges from Inter Island because the man was screaming about how he was going to charge us $ 1700. They make you leave a credit card number so will do this even if you pay in cash they can still take your money. Really terrifying and angering. Do not give them your business.

Very rude staff! We walked from our room after calling to confirm coupon rates. Walked down there and were asked if we had rented mopeds before. No, it’s our first time. So he refused to rent to us, even after my boyfriend said we had moter cycle endorsements. Wtf? If that’s a show stopper, they should mention that on the phone before making us late for our plans. To the good? You can rent a cheap car almost anywhere on the island for the same price most mornings. Aloah inter island rentals. You may be rude, but at least you’re expensive!

Mopeds are really old here and the rates are the same as all other moped rentals in Waikiki. My gas gauze didn’t work and I had to kick start my moped the whole time. Like previous poster said, they max out at about 30mph. Also very rude staff and confusing paperwork. If you rent from them I would read all the fine print.

Reasonable all-day rates for mopeds. No hassle rental and return. Their cheapest mopeds do just fine(max out at 30 mph), but beware engine trouble while idling at stop lights. The snazzier mopeds cost a bit more to rent and may be overkill for Waikiki scootering.
