Hopefully inter island airlines management will view my comments as constructive criticism. I was approached by someone in the baggage terminal that did not introduce herself she asked me if I was Mr Hecht and said come with me I went into the office and she told me I had made an illegal connection and that I would be responsible for find my Bag I told her I had booked thru orbitz and was assured by American Airlines that baggage would go thru to Honolulu my flight scheduled to land at 2:09 and 19 minutes early at 1:50 per American Airlines was scheduled to depart at 3:10 that’s an hour and twenty minutes. I understand that things happen and bags get misplaced and I am ok with that however the attitude of the person in charge chu was very poor she attempted to call someone at my insistence said the phone rang but«nobody wants to work today“so she sent me to American Airlines where I met someone with a helpful positive attitude she made numerous calls and then called chu she also got the runaround from chu and then told her that this is our customer and he needs some help. Two extremely different levels of service. After that I got a call from chu saying that my bag was at Hawaiian airlines baggage. Again this message is sent as constructive criticism as you have many fine and helpful people in your company but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link
