Ha, well now, I can’t tell you why I have to, but I go to this building at least once a week. It’s a fairly well maintained building, nothing particularly nice or special, but it serves its job as an office building. Sometimes the parking is a bit difficult, but the parking staff there is usually quite helpful about getting you a space. What I do appreciate about this building is that the parking is relatively cheap. I forget what it is exactly, but it is not something crazy like $ 4.25/ half hour like it is downtown.

The interstate building is alright. They have a 6’2 parking clearance. I drive a Beast Armada so I have to park elsewhere sad face. The parking can sometimes be rough especially for visitor parking but it is all good. There are some shops around the area in the ground floor such as the music center, Annabel snacks, and café sistina. The building itself consists of working professionals and businesses such as doctors, dentists, realtors, Read Aloud America, etc. Some people also park in the structure to go to other places. You can also always park in the street and metered parking around the area. The parking is free on Sundays. The building is pretty easy to locate as it is on King St. right across from the Trophy House. If you are coming from Young St. it is right across from the Korean plaza and Krazy Karaōke. The parking goes all the way up to the 6th floor. There are many people who frequent the sidewalk area of the building if you stand or hang around the area for a day and people watch. Depending on where you go and for what purpose you do in the building, you can get validated parking from the place you go to. Unilocal 365 Challenge #222/365

I used to go to this building quite frequently as a kid… but I forgot what for. Recently I’d go here if I need to park for Tsunamis. Unilocal 365 Challenge #132/365
