my shoes came out worse than when I brought them in! I just went in to get the rubber replaced on my heel and when I picked up my shoe, there was a cut in the leather sole, very sharp as if a razor had punctured into it. I was appalled and questioned the woman who worked there but she completely denied the situation. I will never go back there again!

I went to K&S (aka Gloria Alteration) to have my shoes shined. It is a little hidden inside Market City by Duck Lee. I found this place by looking on Unilocal and this was the closest to me I took these exact shoes to Joe Pacific before and was unhappy with the results… my shoes came out yellow instead of tan. K@S recommended I stain my shoes and then polish. Now this set me back $ 20 but I had to get the color back because I have never had yellow shoes and I have no clothes to match yellow shoes. I could not have been more happy with the results. They did mention that a shoe shine was $ 10 when I am ready. The lady at the door was very friendly both when I dropped off my shoes and when I picked them up.
