Lorainne (receptionist) is great at setting up appointments and reminders. She’s extremely pleasant to work with and is personable.

Absolutely wonderful service! She does NOT charge crazy prices has hands-​on customer service and the front desk assistant was wonderful. They offered to let me get xrays from my regular clinic for FREE and quoted me a price for braces that was much lower than the competition! All around wonderful place, in a good location, definitely staying a customer as long as I am on island!!!

I worked with Dr. Masaki to get Invisalign treatment over the past few years (well, less than a year of Invisalign, now just a retainer). She was more affordable than most of the other Invisalign providers I had spoken with (about ~$ 1000 less) and was able to get my teeth moved around and nicely lined up. She’s taken good care of me with my retainer, and has two offices which make it convenient for me to visit, depending on which side of town I find myself. She’s professional and focused on good customer service and is flexible on scheduling and appointments.
