She seemed great on the phone but when we showed up in person 10 minutes before our appointment, we saw her check on us thru the glass door yet she didn’t say anything and let us in for the appointment 8 minutes after our scheduled time. I asked why she was late when we saw her earlier and said she had to take a phone call and that «only 8 minutes, not that bad.» But when I make an appointment with a professional, I expect her to be on time unless she lets me know she’ll make up the time afterwards but she still rushed us out at the end. And then when she wanted to make a followup appointment with the whole family, she insisted on an 8 or 8:30 a.m. appointment saying she needed the rest of the day to get paperwork done; acting as if we were making an imposition on her time which obviously seemed much more valuable than ours. What happened to catering to the client’s request for a more reasonable time like 10 a.m. or a weekend since kids go to school? We were really put off by her unprofessionalism and rudeness and will NOT be going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
